Het logistieke proces is bijna afgerond, klaar voor de volgende stap. Bij logistiek denkt men vaak aan transport, maar logistiek is veel meer dan transport. Logistiek is letterlijk goederenstroom beheersing. Het is een verzameling van alle processen die nodig zijn om het product uiteindelijk bij de klant te krijgen. Het doel van logistiek is het leveren van de juiste goederen, in de juiste hoeveelheid en met het juiste vervoersmiddel. Dat alles op de juiste plaats en het gewenste tijdstip.
Transport is een belangrijke schakel in het logistieke proces. Het is het vervoeren van goederen en producten van A naar B. Maar verloop van een soepel transport is een ervaren logistieke dienstverlener cruciaal. Wij leggen u graag uit waarom.
